Shipping and Return Information
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (first class unless a different service is requested) and thus the USPS will always dictate shipping rates. Tracking will be provided once the package has shipped. Once the package has left my shop and is in-route I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Once tracking has been furnished to the customer, there are no returns or refunds on custom or one-off design orders. For models listed on this web-site, however, a customer may return a package for a full refund of the price paid, only if the package has not been opened by the customer. Please also note that there is no refund on any shipping costs that have been incurred by BGM Knives. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees for returned items to BGM Knives.
Although the above may be the standard, please note that all returns/refunds will be processed on a case-by-case manner and will depend on the particular circumstance.
Warranty Information
All models are guaranteed for life. This does not pertain to full custom and one-off designs.
Certain actions such as but not limited to batoning, the use of a knife as a screwdriver and other tasks that are not intended for a knife will void this warranty. Always utilize common sense when using any knife and remember you may always request a knife to be made with a thicker blade geometry.
